How to Make Reciprocating Pump

Previously we made a centrifugal water pump. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to make a reciprocating pump. This can be used to pump any type of fluid to get positive displacement. First, watch the below video and get all the PVC fittings we need. There are four components in a reciprocating pump. Piston, cylinder, valve and the crank-motor assembly. How To Make Centrifugal Pump Make reciprocating pump Piston Cylinder Making Valve Making Crank and Motor Assembly Assembling All Components Assemble all the components together. Then connect a 12 V DC source to the Geared motor. Don’t forget to apply lubricant to the piston. Then it will start to pull water from the tank though the valve and pushed out through the other valve. Our reciprocating type pump is ready. How to Make Solar Cell From Copper Sheet

Today, I’m going to write a post on How to Make Solar Cell from Copper sheet. This project is an old one, I did when I was in 10th standard. Since I’m planning to build a serious blog content, it is extremely useful if I share my experiences here. Then, why waste time. You need two pieces of copper sheets. Similar in size. 4-6 inch in width. Then clean both surfaces of both copper plates throughly. Steps to Make Solar Cell Step 1: Firstly, You need two pieces of copper sheets. Similar in size. 4-6 inch in width. Then clean both surfaces of both copper plates throughly. Step 2 Secondly place one of the copper plates on a hot plate. I suggest you to use a hot plate instead of gas stove to get perfect oxide layer on both surfaces of the copper plate. Step 3 Thirdly, As the copper heats up you can see varying shades of red, pink, purple, and possibly other colors. This is a sign that oxidation is taking place. Oh Great!
